The kneepads fit snuggly into a hidden pocket inside the legs of your 5.11 pants and will help keep your knees at ease when you need them to be. This kneepad has by 5.11 Tactical has a 10% nylon knit, bonded to a 90% rubber foam construction for comfort, function, and flexibility.

To use: Just insert knee pad into the knee through the slot built into the inside of the pant leg. The rubber side should be inserted closest to the knee with the pointed edge facing up. You can also trim the knee pad with scissors for optimum fit on smaller sizes.
